Run Along with the Joovy Zoom 360 Feb 16, 2011
By Petite Consumer by "Ilana" Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3YCO0V0X3K0B The Petite Consumer Says: We think this is a great jogger with higher end features and a lower end price tag. With all inclusive features such as the rain cover, tire pump and parent organizer this stroller is a great value.

I love this stroller! Aug 08, 2009
By Spa I've read plenty of reviews of numerous strollers, but this is my first actual post. I love this stroller so much, I had to say something. This is a great jogging stroller with 16" tire wheels, so you can actually run with it! It's got a huge sun canopy and steers smoothly and effortlessly, no matter which of my children (1-yr old or 4-yr old) are in the seat. It's got a long seat-back, which accommodates taller toddlers (my son's 41"), which the BOBs don't. The quick-release wheels are super easy to take off for smaller trunks (like my Corolla) and it folds in half with the pull of a string, doesn't get much easier than this folks. It's a great deal considering all the accessories are included (parent organizer, tire pump, rain cover). Plus, it's a great looking stroller, sure to turn heads. It's great for jogging around the track, walking around the neighborhood, mall crawling, I'd consider it a great option for an all-in-one stroller for one child. Only wish they made a double!

Great Joovy Customer Service Jan 10, 2010
By Ryan Donahue I almost returned this stroller because the alignment was off and I couldn't find a way to adjust it. However, I called Joovy's customer service, spoke to a person right away, and was instructed how to adjust the alignment (just loosen or tighten the dial on the front wheel). Prior to calling, I damaged a spring on the front wheel axle while taking it on and off. I mentioned this on the phone call and Joovy said they'll send a whole new front wheel. Aside from the good customer service, the stroller is great: it's easy to push while jogging (and now goes straight), our son is comfortable in it, and it folds up fairly compact for how large its wheels are.

Nice stroller but... Feb 21, 2011
By Captainkitty Ok so I was super excited to get this stroller to jog with my 7 month old. I assembled it, which was easy but pictures could have been larger or more detailed. I could see someone having a problem assembling it due to that. I had to go put air in tires. Made sure all tires were at recommended PSI. Went jogging with the front wheel locked and it pulls to the left so bad that we almost went off sidewalk! I will be calling Joovy customer service to see if this can get fixed. I will update later regarding that. Also one thing that has already happened was that the adjustable belt to lower and raise the seat is just secured by a clip. My son was sitting upright and we were walking and he fell backwards in it because the seat fell down. I did check and make sure it was snapped and pushed on the seat prior so I was surprised when this happened. So far I can not use my "jogger" stroller to actually jog with it because it pulls so badly to left! Its a nice stroller though. Cloth seems durable, the canopy is huge, and the rain cover is a nice added piece to it. Oh, the tire pump that comes with it is a joke!
Update!!!!!
Update: I called Joovy customer service and they sent me a new stroller. There customer service is one of the best. They are very helpful and nice. The only thing is I am still having the same issue. I have followed instructions that Joovy gave me to align the stroller and it helps a little but still pulls left. I did notice that both of the strollers, the orginal one and the replacement they sent are of the same manufacture date. I also noticed that where the locking mechanism locks into place, its a black piece with a small rounded silver piece that locks into hole, the hole is not centered. It is to the left. I think maybe the machine that drills this hole needs to be recalibrated or something so that it is in the middle and maybe the wheel would work since they both have same manufacture date too. I think I should have just bought the fixed wheel one! Informed Joovy of this and they are working on a solution currently and are going to call me back. I will update again later!
UPDATE! Joovy was never able to resolve this issue. I really think it is a manufacturing error and there is no way to actually adjust the stroller. They sent me a total of two new strollers and they all had the same problem. I would look into other strollers if you are going to use this stroller as a jogger. Hope my experience is able to help!

Great stroller! Jun 10, 2009
By J. Barr This stroller steers so well and corners like it's on rails. I wanted something to take my 3 1/2 year old jogging or for long walks with me and this is great. Her main complaint about the old stroller was the small canopy, so when I started looking I ONLY looked at ones that had a large canopy and this one is HUGE! She loves it. Completely blocks her when we're walking into the sun. The neoprene parent organizer/water holder is great and I like the foam padding on the handlebar. I ordered from amazon with free shipping and received it in about a week. Easy to assemble, you just have to pop on the back 2 wheels which takes about 10 seconds. The only minor complaint is that my child is tall (41 inches) and when she is sitting in the seat and the canopy is closed her head touches the canopy and pushes up on it a little. The seat isnt't tall enough for her, and since this stroller goes to 75 lbs she has a ways to go in it. But she doesn't seem to mind that her head hits the top, but she will soon be too tall to use the canopy which will make her mad. Other than that, no problems! We love this stroller!!!
